SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Low Rise Intertenancy Wall Applications

The Pronto Low-Rise Intertenancy Wall is designed
to create a fire and acoustic separating wall between
dwellings on a single allotment. The system is not
an external wall. For external wall options, refer to
Pronto Panel External technical manual.

Under the National Construction Code, this System was
designed for Class 1 construction only, where separate
dwellings are located adjacent to each other. Construction of
separate dwellings that exist above or below one another are
considered Class 2 construction and are not covered in this
manual. See Pronto Panel Multi-Storey Internal Technical
Manual for Class 2 intertenancy construction.
